Trade Site Application
We thank you for your entry regarding a Trade Site at our 2026 Show to be held on the 8th & 9th of May, 2026.
In order for your application to be accepted you must include the following:
Copy of your PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
Any relevant licences required to trade (Food Handling etc.)
Upon payment, a receipt will be sent as confirmation and you will be issued with one (1) pass to enable the driver and vehicle to enter the grounds prior to the show. Extra passes are available, please see below for extra costs. Refund will only be paid if the cancellation is made in writing before 29th April 2026.
CURRENT FEES (Includes GST):
Outside $15.00/m (E.g) 3m frontage = $45)
Inside: $15.00/m (E.g. 3m frontage = $45)
Extra Pass: $7.70 each
Camping Fee: $11.00 / Site / Night
